Sustainable Innovation

Innovation is a term frequently used to refer to entrepreneurship and start-ups. However, innovation should be encouraged & implemented across all facets of life.

For any innovation to become sustainable and long-lasting, it should have strong consideration for three areas.

  1. Planet

  2. People

  3. Prosperity

While many innovative projects are prosperity driven in this current market, ignoring the planet and people will bring unsatisfactory results in the long run. A good example is the current Covid19 pandemic that shows us the importance of protecting our planet and people. Though Covid19 has forced innovators to come up with new ideas to handle this pandemic, we could have avoided it in the first place by taking care of the planet.

Technological innovation should aim at the betterment of society and focus on bringing out better social wellbeing, health, environment, and economy.

Developing a Growth Mindset will help innovators to think out of the box and look for new opportunities to bring prosperity to their business sustainability.

The world needs good leaders. Innovators with self-leadership will make this world a better place by focusing on ethics, empathy, and the environment.

The secret of sustainable innovation is in constant improvement!
